As we do not part out wrecked cars we have few used parts.
Searching for parts;
Most of the part numbers we stock can be found on this web site along with our current price.
Our online catalog can be searched in three ways. First if you know the Ferrari part number just type it in and if that number
is in our system the description and price will be displayed. If the number is displayed without a price refer to the reference
column it will give you the new (superseded) part number. If you don't know the part number or want to see a list of parts for
your car or a list by description you can use a key word, found in the part description column, such as Dino, Stratos, emblem or decal.
You can do a wider search with less information such as (filter) or narrow your search with more information such as (oil filter).
Also the complete inventory can be downloaded by clicking on the list all parts button.
All parts in our inventory are new unless noted in the description as (USED), (REBUILT), (REFINISHED) or (REPRO) for reproduction
Ordering parts;
To avoid confusion and expedite the process it's best if Ferrari part numbers are supplied to us when ordering or inquiring
about parts. These part numbers can be found in the Ferrari spare parts catalogue for your car. Please don't rely on our description alone
when ordering parts seen on our web site, cross check these with your parts catalogue. If a part description only is supplied please give us
the model, year of manufacture, VIN number and the original country your car was delivered to. If you can't supply us a Ferrari part number a
photo or drawing may help but if we are unclear as to what you want we can't price quote parts we have in stock or order parts not on hand.
We regret we can only work on a limited number of these description only items.
Parts locating;
We are a stocking warehouse but also have extensive listing of parts world wide, If a part you are searching for is
not in our inventory please contact us with the part number's and we will search our suppliers and In most cases we can price quote
these sources, however we will not check current stock of these parts unless we have a confirmed order. To place an order for parts
not in our current inventory we require a 50% non refundable deposit before they can be ordered and in most cases these parts
are not returnable.
Pricing;
All parts, whether on our web site or ordered from outside vendors, are subject to price change due to unforeseen price
changes or shipping cost. We can only accuracy price quote in stock parts and at time of shipping. Please contact us to confirm
prices and current availability. Parts prices do not include shipping and handling fees from our Westerville Ohio warehouse.
Payment;
We accept Visa and Master card or can ship C.O.D. in the United States with certified check. If paying by Visa or Master Card
we require your name, as it is on the card, with the card billing address, 12 digit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security
code on the reverse side of the card. We can only ship items to the charge card billing address. We also accept bank wire transfers
and may require these for some countries out side the U.S.A. A $40.00 bank fee will be added to all invoices that require wire transfer
Shipping;
We ship world wide and can use most carriers. All packages are insured for full value amount unless we are instructed otherwise.
We are only able to quote shipping charges after a paid confirmed order is packed and weighed with your ship to address and phone number.
We are not responsible for packages after the carrier receives them from our Westerville warehouse.
Our return policy;
Please notify us within ten days of purchase if you wish to return a part.
COD RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! Return all parts prepaid and with a copy of the original receipt.
NO PART CAN BE RETURNED ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR MODIFIED.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR FUEL SYSTEM PARTS, unless other arraignments have been made at the time of the sale.
SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE or subject to restocking charge at our discretion.
ALL PARTS MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION (except cores) and in their original package.
THERE IS A 20% RESTOCKING CHARGE PLUS SHIPPING COST on all returned parts
We will not pay any labor cost for repair or replacement of defective parts nor do we accept any liability for
damages or claims resulting from the use of said parts.
