We accept all major credit cards and we can also send an invoice to you via PayPal for payment. We also accept wire transfers, checks and money orders but in these cases, parts will not be shipped until funds have cleared and are deposited in our account. It is best if Ferrari or Maserati part numbers are supplied to us when ordering parts. If a part description only is supplied, please give us the make, model, year of manufacture, VIN number and the country the car was originally delivered to if known. A photo or drawing of the part you need is also helpful.
We have a huge stock of Ferrari Parts but also have extensive worldwide sources of parts. If a part you are searching for is not in our inventory please contact us with the part number and we will promptly source the part you need. Specially ordered parts are not returnable unless we indicate otherwise at the time of the order.
We pride ourselves on being the lowest cost provider of all Ferrari and Maserati parts and we constantly adjust our prices to insure they are the lowest. Some sources quote prices for parts which are not in stock and which cannot be supplied for the quoted price. If you identify a lower price on a part and can confirm that it is in fact in stock at another source, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
We ship worldwide using a variety of carriers. Please let us know if you prefer a specific carrier. All packages are insured for full value amount unless we are instructed otherwise. We are not responsible for packages after the carrier picks them up from our warehouse.
We are proud to offer what we believe is the industry’s most liberal return policy. We want your car to be right and will do whatever we can to make that so. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER PROMPTLY UPON RECEIPT. Shortage and damage claims should be reported within 2 days of receipt. All returns and adjustments should be initiated within 10 days of receipt. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER SUPPLIED BY US. Unless otherwise agreed, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS, SPECIAL ORDERS, OR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. All CORES must be returned within 10 days of receipt of the replacement part and be in rebuildable condition to receive credit. We do not reimburse for outbound or inbound freight unless the return is a result of our error. If reimbursement is applicable, freight is reimbursed at UPS ground service rate. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY LABOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PURCHASED PART.

Tom Vail’s All Ferrari Parts Inc., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose related to any part or service and Tom Vail’s All Ferrari Parts Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with any part or service. It is the responsibility of the user/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation.
Terms of Sale It is understood and agreed that the title (ownership) of all parts and services shall remain in the name of Tom Vail’s All Ferrari Parts Inc. until the full amount of the invoice related to such parts or services has been paid. Purchaser agrees that in the event of collection by legal action or otherwise, Tom Vail’s All Ferrari Parts Inc. shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney's fees in addition to other damages and costs.
